Low Vitamin D Levels Linked to Parkinson’s Cognitive Impairment Risks

A recent study found that higher vitamin D levels were associate with better cognition in Parkinson patients. Among the Parkinson’s patients, average vitamin D levels were highest in those with normal cognition, followed by those with mild cognitive impairment, and then those with Parkinson’s disease dementia.
